Prices are given in £ sterling and spaces marked X are already booked.
The prices are for one week Friday start, Friday to Monday weekends, and Monday to Friday midweek breaks, where available. If only the weekly
price is given, short breaks are not available.
Other breaks are available in the off-season (end of October to Easter, excluding Christmas, Easter and half-terms), and may be available
at short notice any time. Please call or email to enquire.
Our prices include electricity, gas, bed linen and towels.
Payment by cheque or credit/debit card accepted.
Additional beds are charged at £36 for adults, £18 for children per week or part week.
Pets: £18/week/pet. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept downstairs at all times.
Last minute bookings (under 7 days before the holiday) attract a 10% discount during summer season.

Autumn/Winter Special Offers: We offer discounts for
reduced occupancy in the off-peak season - 10% off if only 3 bedrooms are used (i.e. 6 people or fewer), and 20% off
for 2 bedrooms (i.e. 4 or fewer).
This offer only applies to holidays taken after 31st October 2009 and before 1st April 2010
